Three principals formed aQmen: Chris Mays, Paul Drake and Nick Rudnai.  Their respective experience lies in specialist underwriting, broking and business production within the London and International insurance marketplace, combined with extensive general business and management experience. Chris and Nick remain as executives whilst Paul has moved to a non exec role.

In May 2007, Roy Bliss joined the group and provides broad experience in operating and developing businesses, and creating value.

A Non Executive Chairman, Tony Feasey, was appointed in January 2008 and brings significant business relationships and strategic direction to the firm’s management.

The rest of the team are an eclectic mix – Clive Lang and Geri Cooper have a background in the Insurance broking business and specialise on insurance for Recruitment Companies. Derek Hoad is the wise old owl with so many years in insurance it’s too difficult to count. Cindee Hough keeps us straight with her exemplary skills with insurance administration.

Tracey Bedford maintains a spring in the step by administering the business ever so efficiently. Elaine Denny is our telesales guru and general bon vivant. Our office is also filled with talented team none more so than Huw Evans as the spiritual guide for marketing and butt of all Welsh jokes.
